So, it turns out that as of recently, you can download and install the
command line tools from Apple's Developer Download page *without having
Xcode installed!* And, it turns out, that this is sufficient for GHC to
run. Therefore, the RC4 installer that I put up requires the command line
tools, and will point to a the mac page that will point out you can have
either the command line tools them selves, or with Xcode.
