Looks really good!

A minor thing I noted is that the top margin between the very first "user
supplied" heading and the description text is smaller than top any other top
margin of heading of the same size. For example, in


http://www.ozonehouse.com/mark/snap-xhtml/heist/Text-Templating-Heist.html

The margin above the heading "Types" is smaller than the margin above the
"Hook functions heading". Since those headings have the same size I think
their margin should be the same.
