[Chart] Bug in setLineStyle: can't switch from dashed to solid line (PATCH)

Yes - I'm afraid chart hasn't had much attention over the last few months.

I'll release a new version to hackage (0.16) in the next day or so, with 
this change and the others currently in the darcs repo.
