What's new? HCAR 2012-05

Hi all,

Here's my proposed update to the Haskell Communities and Activities report.

The GenI 0.22 release is a bit vapourous, but I am pushing to get it out the door by then :-)

Anything I should add/subtract?

Kind of a shame that the NLP course thing didn't take off eh?  What happened, was it having to submit in Java/Python that made people lose interest?  Or just the lack of somebody pinging the list and trying to whip up more enthusiasm?
