[HaTeX] Online Version fo the HaTeX User's Guide

Hello HaTeX users!

I have worked a HTML back-end for the HaTeX User's Guide. I uploaded the
output and now is available under:

http://daniel-diaz.github.io/projects/hatex/hatex-guide.html

The text, however, has not changed. It is still very incomplete (patches
are welcome!), but I do think that now it is more accessible since it is no
longer needed to download a PDF to read it.
