[HaTeX] HaTeX 3.7.0.0: fancyhdr and some fixes

Dear users of HaTeX.

A new release of HaTeX (3.7.0.0) has been uploaded to Hackage [1]. The list
of changes:

* The package fancyhdr [2] has been implemented.
* Fixed a bug in the LaTeX parser, which caused an infinite loop for some
inputs.
* Texy instance for the Measure type.
* The Measure data constructor 'Pt' now uses a Double instead of an Int.
* New combinator in the Class module: comm1.
* IsString instance for URL's.

The bug in the parser was severe and I think it is a good reason to update
to the new version. At least, if you are parsing LaTeX code, this bug has
probably already affected you.
