2012.2.0.0 last call on open issues

maybe wait for even more than a months and see if a even more bugfixed
ghc-7.4 comes up that would make a 2012.2.1.0 worthwhile. Although that
would probably not make it into Debian wheezy. OTOH, Debian is known for
delaying things :-)
