I built new release candidate installers for Mac OS X 10.6 and am
uploading here:

These include two fixes:
1) The new cabal-install version
2) A bug in the post-install script that caused not all packages to be
ghc-pkg registered.

**N.B.** The x86_64 version is still uploading as I type this - it
will be done in 25 min... just before midnight PST... but I'm going to
bed now, leaving it going. So you can double check:
