[Haddock] first post-survey version

I really don't like the tiny font size (I use quite big fonts to keep
my eyesight).  I can adjust it, sure, but then the stuff in the left
frames looks too big.  Also, when I switch to the source code view the
font becomes too big.  Why do we have to set a fixed font size?  Do we
really not trust users to adjust their defaults?  If you really feel
you have to, then set the default size on all pages, not just the main
docs.
