Hello,

I submitted a Grapefruit-related paper to this year’s TFP symposium. The paper
got accepted for presentation at the symposium. Its title is “Signals, Not
Generators!”. It discusses Grapefruit’s current implementation of discrete
and segmented signals which provides memoization of signal values and era
checking.

The paper is here:

Getting papers accepted for presentation at the symposium is relatively easy.
However, there is a post-symposium refereeing process for selecting the best
papers for publication in the high-quality proceedings. Of course, I want my
paper to get there. :-)

Therefore, I’d be really happy if you could give me feedback on the paper. You
would have the benefit of being mentioned in the acknowledgments ( ;-) ) and,
hopefully, of a better understanding of Grapefruit’s inner workings. Thank
you in advance.

Best wishes,
Wolfgang
