New release of the Haskell API bindings.

Folks,

There is a new version of the Haskell bindings for the Augeas API (
http://hackage.haskell.org/package/augeas, http://trac.haskell.org/augeas).

This version includes :
* support for the aug_setm API method
* an autoconf-based install process
