List restart

Hi All,

I'm glad to see this restarting, though fact is that the history of  
the list postings is sparse.

Perhaps what is needed is a communal project?

For example, suppose we had a wiki in which we follow the Standford  
NLP course, making notes and discussion as well as  
building/adding/listing code or code problems?

I'm just learning to use Haskell for various NLP tasks, but could  
still help out around the edges.
