Announce: first (semi-working) version of cabal2macpkg

Heard you were working on Platform with Mac OS X.  The binary format  
you seek is probably "xar".  That's what a Mac OS X package is, a xar  
archive, or an xml archive.

xar is hosted at

http://code.google.com/p/xar

There should be enough documentation there to get you started, and you  
may be able to use libxar.
