[QuickCheck] QuickCheck.Config has gone?

Hi Nick,

I have a test-suite that I have not written myself. I cannot compile it 
since Config, configMaxTest, configMaxFail etc. are not available by 
importing Test.QuickCheck. I cannot find an according change by grepping 
the ChangeLog. Any hint?
