QuickCheck repository moved!

Hi all,

I've split the QuickCheck repository up into development and stable branches:
   http://code.haskell.org/QuickCheck/devel
   http://code.haskell.org/QuickCheck/stable
So the old repository URL won't work any more. If you've checked out
the QuickCheck repo, you need to edit _darcs/prefs/defaultrepo and add
either '/devel' or '/stable' to the end of the URL there, according to
taste.

I've also taken the chance to upgrade the repository to darcs-2 format.
