Patch that updates QuickCheck for base-4.3

Dear QuickCheck developers,

Attached is a patch that updates QuickCheck to work with ghc-7 with base-4.3.

The only change is that the 'split' function is now imported from the
SplittableGen instead as from the RandomGen class.
