this is an update on the issues from this thread.

-hamish figured out the .app and debugging problems:

-if one wants to build leksah manually with dependencies from macports, one
must use the +quartz +no_x11 variants for cairo, gtk2, gtk2hs, and
gtksourceview2.  but debugging will not work.

-compiling is no slower than "runhaskell Setup.hs build", but i fail to
understand why this is so much slower than eg "ghc --make" or ":l" from
within ghci.  maybe more optimization is happening?  this is beyond the
additional work due to linking, making the archive, and recompiling sources
used in multiple executable targets.

i have entered google code issues for all the other items mentioned (nrs.
73-93, excluding 76, 78-80, 82, 83).
