Building HP 2014.2.0.0 without a bindist?

Thanks for the pointer and the notes. I got the build started but it
failed with the following:

    # pkgbuild (for build/installer-parts/GHC.pkg)
    Error when running Shake build system:
    * build-all
    * build-product
    * build/product/Haskell Platform 2014.2.0.0 32bit.pkg
    * build/installer-parts/GHC.pkg
    Development.Shake.command_, system command failed
    Command: pkgbuild --identifier
org.haskell.HaskellPlatform.GHC783.pkg --version 1 --install-location
/Library/Frameworks --root build/target/Library/Frameworks
build/installer-parts/GHC.pkg
    pkgbuild: createProcess: runInteractiveProcess: exec: does not
exist (No such file or directory)

Thoughts?
