Gearing up (again) for the next release: 2014.2.0.0

I just released updated versions of the OpenGL packages:

   * OpenGLRaw 1.5.0.0
   * GLURaw 1.4.0.1
   * OpenGL 2.9.2.0
   * GLUT 2.5.1.1

Apart from a few changes/additions, the main motivation was to get rid
of the nasty K&R-style CPP features, so these packages should now
compile out of the box on Mac OS X/with clang. It would be nice if
these new versions made it into the new platform release.
