Replying to [ticket:223 mcastse]:
I installed HP 2013.2.0.0 on Windows 7 Professional SP1 today without
experiencing this problem. I previously had installed HP 2012.4.0.0 on the
machine, but I uninstalled it before attempting the new install. Note,
however, that there were still some module-x.y.z.conf files in the
2012.4.0.0 subdirectory. (Perhaps this explains why I got different
results.) I am a local administrator of the computer.
