Your packages in Haskell platform 2013.2

Hi Johan, hi Bas,

the current release candidate for Haskell Platform 2013.2.0.0 uses
unordered-containers-0.2.3.0 and case-insensitive-1.0.0.1. Both of these
packages have released minor version updates recently, so I wonder how
you feel about updating both packages in the upcoming HP to their
respective latest version? Do you think there's any risk associated with
those updates?
