Release Candidate 2: HP 2014.4.0.0

Aha - so alex has .x and .y files, but only has boot-strap for the .x
files. Whereas happy has .ly files, but boot straps none of 'em.

Seems to me like one needs happy (at least an earlier version) installed
somewhere before one can build in either order.
