Windows installer 2012.2.0.0 RC1

Hi all,

I've uploaded the first 2012.2.0.0 release candidate installer to

http://code.haskell.org/~refold/HaskellPlatform-2012.2.0.0-rc1-setup.exe

What's new in 2012.2.0.0-rc1:

   * Documentation for "extra" libraries (not bundled with GHC) is now included.

Unless someone finds serious bugs in this RC, it can be released unchanged.
