Here's my timeline for getting 2012.2.0.0 out the door:

*If you are building one of the HP distros, please read carefully, and
confirm or raise issues on this thread.*

*Monday, 21st:*

final calls on all open issues
final package version list
rc2 tarball up


*Thursday, 24th:*

rc2 mac installers
rc windows installers
whatever linux distro installers can be ready


*Monday, 28th:*

web stie changes staged (in repo on branch)
installers staged (in download locations)


*Wednesday, 30th:*

rename installers
merge pre-release into master, and push repo
push web site
announce release
drink beer


All deadlines are end-of-day PDT (where I am)... (or roughly 9am UTC the
following day!!!)
