On the xhtml-3000.2.1 open question,

	Open, New

	[ ] just-released xhtml-3000.2.1
	    -- is this stable? good enough? 

I have been waiting to see if there would be any response to the announcement and there has been none.

As this is just a simple addition to the API I think it is both stable and good enough, and propose that we include it in this release.
