Setting a timetable

Hey guys,

I've updated the HP website to point out that there is no release in July.

I've been somewhat out of the discussion about the new release -- what's
the consensus for

* what to release?
* when to release it?

I'll be able to help get this release out up until Nov 27th, if we do an
update before then, I can help.
