 OS: Windows Vista Home Basic Ru + sp2[[BR]]
 !HaskellPlatform-2010.1.0.0-setup.exe

 After install platform I try use cabal:

 >cabal update

 Note: there is a new version of cabal-install available.
 To upgrade, run: cabal install cabal-install

 >cabal install cabal-install
 cabal.EXE: failed to parse output of 'ghc-pkg dump'
