Comment:

 #1 is a known issue I'll be fixing shortly. #2 is not "our" issue, we just
 rebundle the GHC installer -- if they've stopped shipping the user's
 guide, you need to bug them about it.

 Leaving this one open until I fix the ld bug on Leopard.
