2009.4.x will include GHC 6.12:

Determine decision model for packages
Determine number of packages to add. 0.
Upgrade package versions in darcs .cabal file: Feb 27
Freeze for 2009.4.0.0: March 6
Release for 2009.4.0.0: March 21, 2010 (during ZuriHac).

I hope to have most installers ready to go soon after Mar 6, and with
the new website launched during ZuriHac.

Note that we won't be adding packages this time around, due to the delays.
