Comment:

 "c:\Program Files\Haskell" is the default directory used by cabal-install,
 we don't touch this setting, and we don't uninstall cabal-installed
 packages when the Haskell Platform is uninstalled. Probably the only thing
 we should do is to ensure that "c:\Program Files\Haskell" precedes the HP
 bin directory in the PATH so that you get the right cabal-
 install/alex/happy/etc version when upgrading them by hand, as you did.
