Creating a site for platform documentation

Hi,

Perhaps we should build a site* that hosts all of the Haddock documentation
for the platform, taking advantage of the nice new Haddock style. That way
users would have a larger module index to browse. The site could eventually
grow into something bigger: a site with tutorials, getting started guides,
etc.

* This could of course be under haskell.org
