Debian link on http://hackage.haskell.org/platform/

Hi,

I’d provide a patch against http://code.haskell.org/haskell-platform/,
but it does not seem to be up-to-date.

The webpage http://hackage.haskell.org/platform/ lists Debian under
„some support“. By now, we have all platform packages in Debian, with a
version at least the one specified by the platform. We also have a meta
package to pull in all the required -dev packages:

http://packages.debian.org/sid/haskell-platform

I’d suggest to move Debian to the supporting list, and link to that
package instead.
