New description:
We have policy and advice distributed across 3 sites now:
* the download page
* the haskell.org wiki page
* the haskell trac page
My current view is that the haskell.org page is now redundant.
What we should have instead is:
* hackage.haskell.org/platform <=> http://www.gnome.org/ (i.e. home
for the user-facing project
* the trac wiki <=> http://live.gnome.org/ReleasePlanning (i.e. dev
facing page)

package maintainers and also release engineering team

interest to the release engineering team

dcoutts> dons: so policies decided by the libs list would generally
go in the trac wiki
