 Lots of documentation says to "sudo make install" these days.  Even on
 those distros that *allow* you to su to root by default, sudo is generally
 installed and functional too... I was using sudo on Gentoo four years
 ago!... I think sudo is probably only a bad suggestion for people who
 already regularly use su, prefer it, and know why they want to do a "sudo"
 suggestion with su.

 There may be exceptions.  We're just Haskell...  How about we don't care
 until we hear about somewhere someone actually running into the problem?
