[Haddock] Contents page wibbles

I just noticed a couple of wibbles in the layout of contents pages that
could be tidied up:

  * the package description at the top, and its heading, is indented more
than the "Modules" heading and the list of modules. I think these
    should be indented equally.

  * in the module tree, when a subtree has a few modules some of which
have children, the ones with children are indented a tiny bit more
(a few pixels) than the ones without children. Perhaps due to the
    collapse button?

This is with FF 3.6. Here's a copy of the base package processed with
the new Haddock to illustrate:

Cheers,
	Simon
