[Chart] possible bug in Chart (latest hackage version)

Hi Carter,

Sorry for the slow response. I'm not able to reproduce these problems 
under linux. Can you post the output of "ghc-pkg list", to confirm your 
haskell packages match mine? Also, can you describe the procedure by 
which you build gtk+cairo on osx?
