I wrote a small module plus program for pair-wise approximate randomization tests (e.g. for comparing parse disambiguation or fluency ranking models). Its API is similar to that of the 'statistics' package (except that it also returns p-values :p).

I'll probably submit the module as a pull request to the 'statistics' package, after polishing things a bit more and adding non-pairwise randomization tests.
