Release 0.4.3

I just uploaded a new release to hackage. Changes include:

* Updated package/cabal editor
  * Move the top pane on a split
  * Added a welcome greeting (oh, so far with me)
  * Double click selects words with numbers

I will now start working on the interesting new features, so that
it may take a while before another release (except for fixing bugs).

I've tried to install leksah with the new release candidate of ghc.

(On my Ubuntu I had to add a symlink to editline2, or something like
this.) In the end leksah crashed every some seconds with a foreign
pointer finalizer error. If something can try this on a different
machine it would be great help.
