So, after changing `-INodeDerive' to `-iNodeDerive' and running derive.sh, I
get an error when deriving for AST:

  Not in scope: `makeCNode'

I see that NodeDerive.hs defines and exports this function, so I'm not sure
what Derive is expecting that it's not getting.
