IRC channel for HNN

Hello list,

The HNN project is still being rewritten ; Thomas is working on the core
data structure, and there's been a lot of chatting with folks of the Haskell
community, particularly on the #haskell IRC channel.

It's not the first time it happens. Even when HNN 0.1 was at its premises,
it was being discussed there. Neural networks are quite important and having
a good library for dealing with them is de facto important too.

Tonight we have opened an IRC channel to discuss about HNN, neural networks
in general, the graph theory related foundations of neural networks, the
graph libraries in Haskell, potential techniques, usages, etc.
