On my machine, backtab is Shift-Tab. I added this to haskell-mode, for the simple-indent module. I don't mind adding these extra bindings, if elisp mode does it. If your indentation mode is one of the indentation.el's, I'm not sure they even support unindent-for-tab-command? Ciao!
