*haskell* jumping working directory to parent on exit

This sounds bug-ish. I copied it to the Github issue tracker:
https://github.com/haskell/haskell-mode/issues/35

I'm not really maintaining inferior-haskell-mode. For what it's worth,
with the different interactive mode (i.e. mine), hitting :q kills
GHCi, it prompts you to restart, you hit "y" and then it cd's back to
the directory it was at. It's easy to handle misbehaving GHCi. To try
it: https://github.com/haskell/haskell-mode#setup-for-new-interactive-mode

Ciao!
