PROPOSAL: Transfer official maintainership of haskell-mode (was Re: future of haskell-mode)

Based on the reactions in a recent reddit discussion [5] I had the
impression, that

 a) Svein would welcome it if someone would volunteer to take over
haskell-mode

 b) Philip welcomes receiving patches/bug-reports on github haskell-mode
fork[1] 


So basically are you, Svein and Philip (and everyone else here), ok
with 

 a) transfering/extending official maintainership of haskell-mode to
Philip,

 b) move the hosting to [1] (or alternatively something like [2]), and

 c) updating the haskell wiki page [3] and the haskell-mode page [4] to
reflect the new status?
