PATCH: GHCI Interpreter doesn't echo

It looks like I set the default to t in my personal customizations;
Most of the other comint processes I use (bash, zsh) do echo, and I
find it easier to specify the one's that don't.  In any case, I'd add
the setq for other people like me, since it doesn't hurt the people
who leave the default on.
