I tested the Windows installer and it seems to work fine. Great work!
One thing I noticed is that llc and opt are not included (unlike in
2013.2.0.0), but given https://ghc.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/7143
it's probably not a big deal (-fllvm won't work out of the box
anyway).
