One question: are we going to use GHC 7.4.1 or wait for 7.4.2? There
was some talk about releasing 7.4.2 before June [1].

Will do. In the meantime, sources of the Windows installer are
available on GitHub [2].

I don't plan to do any major changes to the Windows installer besides
fixing the long-standing partially missing documentation issue [3].
