HP 2012 compatibility with latest Apple software

Hi

Does anybody know if Mountain Lion (OS 10.8) is compatible with HP2012?

Similarly is XCode 4.4 compatible with HP2012? If so are the latest command
line tools which can optionally be installed with XCode 4.4 compatible with
HP2012?
