2011.2.0.0 Mac Installers: RC2

I build a second release candidate installer this weekend for Mac OS X 10.6:

These fix the missing documentation issues (user guides for GHC,
Cabal, and Haddock are all now included, and ghc-prim docs are linked
correctly). I also tweaked and improved the text about cabal
configurations at the bottom of the page you see after installation.

Barring report of calamity, I expect these to be the final ones....
