Comment:

 Closing, this one is almost definitely an incompatibility between
 MacPorts/Fink GHC and the OSX installer. Now that we're explicitly
 bundling them together the issue shouldn't appear.

 If anyone is still seeing this with the "official" installer, please re-
 open.
