Has someone of you succeeded in using LLVM on Windows (MSYS2, Windows 7 64 bit here)? I tried to build a LLVM.dll myself for various LLVM versions with no success and found only 32bit DLLs on the net and the prebuilt LLVM packages from MSYS or llvm.org only contain static libraries. Maybe static LLVM libraries are the way to go?
